Has served as President Director of the Company since September 2009, and also serves on several of Emtek’s subsidiaries’ Board of Commissioners or Directors. Previously served as President Commissioner of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia from 2007-2009, as President Director of PT Abhimata Citra Abadi from 1989-2001, as Vice President Director of PT Omni Intivision from 2004-2007, as President Director of PT Sakalaguna Semesta from 2003-2004 and as a Commissioner of PT Nokia Networks from 2002-2007.

Completed his studies in Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1983 earning a Bachelor of Engineering Telecommunication majoring in Electrical Engineering

Has served as Director of the Company since September 2009. Also currently serves on three of Emtek’s subsidiaries’ as Commissioner. Since 2004 has been the President Director of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk and PT Surya Citra Televisi. Previously served as Commissioner of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk from 2007- 2009.

Completed his studies in University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1987 and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in 1985.

Has been with the Group since 1992 and currently serving as a Director of the Company since September 2009 and was previously President Director of the Company from 2007- 2009. Currently serves on several of Emtek’s subsidiaries’ Board of Commissioners or Directors. Previously served as Manager of PT Multi Jasa Karya in 1992-1993, as Project Manager of PT New Modul International in 1991-1992, as Technical Manager of PT Kimia Farma in 1984-1991 and Electronic Engineer of PT Komunikasi Terrestria under Sudarpo Corporation in 1983-1984.

Completed her studies in Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1983 earning a Bachelor of Engineering Telecommunication majoring in Electrical Engineering.

Has served as a Director of the Company since 2007, and as Commissioner of PT Asia Towers International since 2008. Previously served as Vice President Legal of PT Kapital BP Indonesia from 2006-2007, and as Partner in Dermawan & Co Law Firm (now DNC advocates at work) from 1999-2006.

Completed her studies in the School of Business & Management - Institute Technology of Bandung, Indonesia in 2009 earning a Master of Business Administration. Also earned a Lex Legibus Magister from Faculty of Law Leiden University, Leiden, Netherlands in 2000, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Laws Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia in 1998.

Has served as a Director of the Company since September 2009 and been with the Group since 2007. Previously was an Advisor to Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 2005-2007, General Manager in Telstra, Hong Kong from 2004-2005, General Manager-Southeast Asia in Schlumberger from 2002-2004, Vice President in New World Mobility/JP Morgan Partners, Hong Kong from 2000-2002 and a Manager in Swisscom, Switzerland from 1997-1999.

Completed his studies in the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, earning a Master of International Relations in 1995 and earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy in the University of California, Berkeley, USA in 1992.

Alvin W. Sariaatmadja has served as a Director of SCTV since 2009.  Previously, he was an Analyst at Lazard Carnegie Wylie in Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Arief Wana was a Director and the Head of Research for Indonesia for Credit Suisse. His prime coverage included strategy, automotive, and consumer sectors in the Indonesian stock market.  He joined Credit Suisse in 2005 as the first person on the Indonesian equity team and was key in building the Credit Suisse Indonesian research platform from scratch. Arief previously worked at JPMorgan Indonesia for eight years as Vice President, and covered many sectors in both Indonesia and ASEAN markets. Arief was ranked in the top three in his sector for the past five years. Arief has a BA in Finance and Accounting from San Francisco State University.
