SHARE LISTING

The Company’s shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX: EMTK) on 12 January 2010 at Rp720 per share.

DIVIDEND POLICY

The Board of Directors of the Emtek Group intends to pay cash dividends to its shareholders of up to 40% of the Group’s annual consolidated net profit, starting from fiscal year 2009.

The implementation of the dividend policy will depend on the net profitability of the Group, its business development and capital expenditure plans, and the Group’s cash flow condition.
