<p>The Company always complies with the applicable legislation in implementing its dividend policy. Payment of the final dividend shall be upon the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders (&ldquo;GMS&rdquo;) based on the recommendation from the Board of Directors, while payment of interim dividend shall be upon approval of the Board of Commissioners.</p>

Dividend Policy

<p>Perseroan senantiasa mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dalam melaksanakan kebijakan dividennya. Pembayaran dividen final harus mendapat persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (&ldquo;RUPS&rdquo;) berdasarkan rekomendasi Direksi, sedangkan pembayaran dividen interim harus mendapat persetujuan Dewan Komisaris.</p>
